That’s a line Joris wrote. In this song, he describes how he broadcasts on all channels and lights beacons to find someone who shares and answers his ambitions for change. When I look at our communication policy, it’s often the case that we get so absorbed in our work that there’s hardly any time left to reflect and to broadcast. As a result, people perceive us very differently: Are you still alive? Are you doing okay? Yet we always tackle our projects with great passion and dedication. Communication and self-promotion regularly fall by the wayside.
So here is my signal to everyone out there.
We’re alive and doing well. Of course, we have all the pains that come with a company of our size. Some of them are self-inflicted, and others have been dragged along for years for lack of prioritization.
Unfortunately, personal exchange with you always falls far too short. But our motivation is to change that. It’s not about the “perfect sales funnel” or “defining targets,” but about having the time to find out what moves and drives you. We still prefer intensity to quantity. That means that in the future, too, you’re more likely to learn about us when we meet than through communication cascades we unleash on you, following everyone and commenting on everything you and we do.
Personally, I’m always especially happy about the variety of projects we take on. It also helps us keep up the pace and not lose motivation. None of this would be possible without all the competent partners at our side.
Let me name a few of them:

In all these projects, we always talk about trust, too. Your trust in us to move mountains makes us grateful. Of course, we can rarely live up to that expectation, but we get moving for you. Since exchange happens far too rarely and we really want to make it a regular thing, we’re simply starting now – with this signal.
John’s Malzblüte is just a kickoff event where our aim is to bring you together and connect you.
When: Friday, March 22, 2019 (open house from 5:00 pm)
Where: Schaltzeit@JohnShare34, John-Schehr-Straße 34, 10407 Berlin
So bring along people with passion in their blood, or those who need help and advice. Informal exchange matters to us. The broader the range of topics, the better. What matters much more is that we live community – with you. So come by. We look forward to seeing you!
Otherwise, of course, feel free to drop by anytime. We love exchanging ideas, because it keeps us fit. And for that, our door is always open. So let’s multiply our thoughts for more love, happiness, fun, and fulfillment in life.
Yours, André
