Once upon a time, more than 10 years ago, the first Schaltzeit crew members gathered at Gneiststraße 10 in Berlin. Setting out wide-eyed and full of euphoria, they wanted to create a company where they would feel at home and could be themselves. A bit of luck and a lot of commitment from many people meant that the life curve now shows a solid 10 on the scale. Alongside many highlights, there were of course also a few setbacks. Many initiatives were started and stopped again. So far we’ve proven robust; our drive to shape things hasn’t been broken – if anything, it has grown.
On Thursday, the day finally came. The weather was on our side. Perfect tofu sausages and Thuringian Rostbrätel came off the grill, while “das blaue Wunder” was served in between.
I was thrilled that we could raise a glass to this time together with all our friends, trailblazers & clients, share stories, and say thank you. Thank you for the support, thank you for the trust, and thank you for the instructive, eventful time together. It was a great party! Here’s to the next experiences together.
