The dbb forum in Berlin houses not only offices for employees of the German Civil Service Federation (dbb) but also spaces for third-party events. Numerous conference rooms and a full-service event offering are available for this purpose.
Over the next four weeks (August 8–31, 2017), the dbb forum is hosting the SUMMERLOUNGE and giving interested clients a tour of its premises. In addition to presenting the dbb forum’s services, visitors will be inspired by various exhibitions and information on new event formats. Schaltzeit is there with information on designing participatory events around future-related topics. For this, we promptly developed the “conference bottle.”
Many people see reaching for the bottle as the LAST word in wisdom. In this case, the bottle is a tool for event planning. Instead of a treasure map and Baltic Sea sand, it contains a useful planning template: What goals should the event achieve? What character should it have? How should it be perceived? What obstacles need to be overcome? What are the key success factors for the event, and how can they be influenced?
