What makes real collaboration work in teams?
Not concepts on slides – but experiencing, building, and reflecting together.
On February 16, 2026, we invite you to a special evening at Schaltzeit: we're opening the space for the Experience Tower – a workshop method we have tested many times, developed specifically for team building in groups, that guides teams through an intensive shared process.
The Experience Tower is for anyone who wants to work with big bricks in large groups and experience collaboration in a new way. In three phases, the team goes through a process of:
- taking stock together and gathering experiences
- deliberately assigning roles, creative building, and destroying
- reinventing together, appreciating one another, and strengthening your own skills
The goal is to make your own strengths visible, appreciate one another, and approach future ideas and processes with new confidence – proud of what has already been achieved.

The evening is part of the LEGO® Serious Play® Community Stammtisch Berlin, which meets regularly every month. This time, we'll experience the larger exercise together with the other bricks.
