That's why we're inviting you to a small, focused kickoff: an evening where we move 1% closer to ourselves. No more. No less.
With LEGO® Serious Play®, we build models that make visible where you want to go – in small, doable steps. No New Year's resolutions, no big projects. Just: 1% clarity. 1% focus. 1% you.
What to expect
🔸 A short introduction to 1% thinking
🔸 A mini ritual with LEGO® Serious Play®
🔸 Space to share, reflect on & anchor your three change processes
🔸 Music, tea, snacks, and the relaxed Schaltzeit atmosphere
Why we’re doing this
Because the future takes shape in small things. In routines, decisions, standstills, and fresh starts. And because we believe change gets easier when we think it through together.
📅 January 21, 2026 | 🕕 6:00–9:00 pm |📍 Schaltzeit, John-Schehr-Str. 34, Berlin
If you're up for a playful exchange – we look forward to seeing you. And your 1%.
