You made it through the COVID-19 pandemic, and now everyone is talking about the “age of omnicrises” or the VUCA world (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous). Especially in the run-up to Christmas, organizations create disruptions and use the resulting uncertainty to drive change and adaptive behavior.
The uncertainty is palpable, and not just in society: whether it’s budget disputes, persistent inflation, the war in Ukraine or the next pandemic – the world seems more unstable than ever.
The question is: how does your organization respond? Wait and see? Invest? Step up communication? Reorganize? Cut costs?
Our workshop is about:
- testing how to deal with disruptive signals. Each participant is asked to bring 2–3 disruptive signals.
- Create clarity! Instead of blindly relying on “someone” to steer your organization, we’ll discuss how you can gain clarity for yourselves.
- Act more deliberately! Instead of slipping into crisis mode, you’ll learn how to act more deliberately and strategically. It’s about reducing the information noise, focusing, and then consciously amplifying the signals that matter.
Sign up – we look forward to seeing you! The event is free of charge, but anyone who wishes is welcome to make a voluntary contribution to support it.
Speakers: Julia Gnatzy & André Winzer
