At its core, it almost always addresses the same challenge: lots of content is created in many places \u2013 but access, structure, and collaboration lag behind.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-609bb8c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"609bb8c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>PEACOQ addresses exactly that: data capture, data structuring, and the targeted consolidation of information \u2014 so that teams can\u2026<\/p><ul><li>Cleanly capture and organize content (e.g. ideas, contributions, signals, profiles, resources),<\/li><li>Understand and explore connections within data (e.g. patterns, clusters, developments),<\/li><li>and actively consolidate data (e.g. from submissions, research, feedback, and external sources).<\/li><\/ul><p>Depending on the project, the emphasis differs: sometimes more on governance and workflow (innovation, community), sometimes more on exploring and understanding (foresight, innovation), sometimes more on curating and merging (all three). More background on PEACOQ can be found at <a href=\"http:\/\/peacoq.net\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>peacoq.net<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p><h3>A Practical Example: Evaluation Logic in Innovation Competitions<\/h3><p>We are currently using PEACOQ to support an innovation competition (T-Challenge), among other things. This clearly demonstrates what structured data spaces can achieve: during the evaluation phase, PEACOQ helps make contributions quickly visible, comparably classifiable, and decisions transparently prepared \u2013 especially when many experts, criteria, and perspectives are involved.<\/p><p><strong>Important:<\/strong> This is just one use case. PEACOQ is not \u201cthe evaluation platform\u201d but a toolkit for data-driven collaboration across different process logics.<\/p><h3>Why Our Focus Has Shifted Strongly Toward AI<\/h3><p>Over the past year, our PEACOQ focus has noticeably shifted toward AI \u2014 for two reasons:<\/p><ol><li><strong>AI in development:<\/strong> We now use AI as a matter of course to iterate faster on development and conceptual work (e.g. in prototyping, writing, and structuring requirements).<\/li><li><strong>AI in the platform:<\/strong> At the same time, demand is growing to use AI directly within platform work \u2014 not as a \u201cgimmick,\u201d but as concrete support in data-rich processes.<\/li><\/ol><p>PEACOQ is an ideal place for this: many projects fail at the point where data exists, but no one can find, contextualize, and connect it quickly enough.<\/p><h3>Which AI Features We Have Already Implemented<\/h3><p>In PEACOQ, we have already developed and implemented several AI-adjacent features, including:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Content generation:<\/strong> Support for creating content (text, and in some cases images)<\/li><li><strong>Pre-screening:<\/strong> Initial sorting\/evaluation of content to streamline reviews<\/li><li><strong>utomated capture &amp; completion:<\/strong> Enriching data, closing gaps, making fields consistent<\/li><li><strong>Network graphs &amp; connection suggestions:<\/strong> AI proposes relevant relationships between datasets (e.g. thematic proximity, similar actors, shared references) and makes them visible in network visualizations<\/li><\/ul><p>The underlying goal is always the same: less friction in the workflow \u2014 more focus on content and decision-making.<\/p><h3>The Next Big Step: AI Features Step by Step<\/h3><p>We are currently integrating additional AI features step by step and expanding existing ones. A central new element is an AI chatbot being developed within an ongoing project.<\/p><p>More important to us than the chat as a feature is what it changes about how the platform is used: it shifts the interaction with data from \u201csearching and clicking\u201d to \u201casking, understanding, connecting.\u201d<\/p><p>Instead of working through lists, filters, and individual datasets, users can enter into a direct dialogue with the data space \u2014 for example:<\/p><ul><li>What are the most important topics in this dataset right now?<\/li><li>Which entries are connected \u2014 and around what?<\/li><li>What has changed since the last update?<\/li><li>Show me everything relevant to X and sort it by Y.<\/li><\/ul><p>In short: data becomes addressable \u2013 and thus more accessible, especially in large, complex data spaces. At the same time, the structure is preserved: answers can be traced back to specific datasets, verified, and further processed as a team.<\/p><h3>Second Development Track: PEACOQ as a Self-Configurable White-Label Solution<\/h3><p>In parallel, we are advancing a development that could significantly transform our offering in the long run:<\/p><p>Until now, PEACOQ has been built primarily on a per-client basis: we develop setups tailored to the process, data logic, and user groups of each project.
