In three phases, the team goes through a process of:<\/div><ul><li>taking stock together and gathering experiences<\/li><li>deliberately assigning roles, creative building, and destroying<\/li><li>reinventing together, appreciating one another, and strengthening your own skills<\/li><\/ul><div>The goal is to make your own strengths visible, appreciate one another, and approach future ideas and processes with new confidence \u2013 proud of what has already been achieved.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\ud83e\udde9 <strong>What to expect<\/strong><\/div><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">a creative evening with familiar and new faces<\/span><\/li><li>the Experience Tower as a proven Schaltzeit method<\/li><li>building, reflecting, and networking together<\/li><li>a format especially well suited to team building and organizational development<\/li><\/ul><div>The evening is part of the LEGO\u00ae Serious Play\u00ae Community Stammtisch Berlin, which meets regularly every month.
