The program was so captivating that participants stayed from 7:30 pm until 12:30 am in the SelbstBau cooperative\u2019s Sredzki44 rooms. There, we explored the following topics together:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Urban living \u2013 cooperative community, using the example of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.selbstbau-eg.de\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">SelbstBau e.G.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Future Crime (Dr. Bernhard Albert, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foresight-solutions.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Foresight Solutions<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Future of Cities (Stefan Niederhafner, <a href=\"http:\/\/sudeco.eu\/de\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sudeco<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Individual Air Mobility (K. Christoph Keller, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aveniture.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Aveniture<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Digitalization in industry: the Akteure 4.0 training program \u2013 with a special focus on the \u201cSmart Factory\u201d simulation game.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You\u2019ll find a summary of the other talks in the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/gruendermetropole-berlin.de\/milliarden-zukuenfte\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">event recap \u201cP2P Evening for Futurists\u201d by Gr\u00fcndermetropole Berlin<\/a>, which covered the evening as our media partner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thought experiments between the talks lightened the mood and got people talking: For the same price, would I rather buy a state-of-the-art flying car or a conventional high-end motorhome? If I were a future crime lord, how would I most likely make my money?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Schaltzeit presented the<a href=\"\/\"> \u201cSmart Factory\u201d<\/a> simulation game, part of the Akteure 4.0 training program on digitalization in industry. But before diving into the game, we discussed why even a megatrend like digitalization needs explaining: everyone understands something different by it &#8211; especially across different parts of a company. While management sees digitalization as an advantage for developing and optimizing the company, production employees often have fears about digitalization or very concrete wishes for their workplace.<\/p>\n<p>For positive change to happen in a company, it pays to start where there is a will to shape things on both sides. This is where the Akteure 4.0 training program comes in. While Module I of the program uses the \u201cSmart Factory\u201d game, among other things, to make digitalization understandable and tangible, Modules II and III focus on developing digitalization ideas for the company and on understanding and helping shape its digital strategy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This evening and the exchange with the audience also gave the speakers new impulses regarding broader uses and applications for the game. For that, our warmest thanks to all participants. We look forward to staying in touch and continuing the exchange.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the coming weeks, the Akteure 4.0 program with the \u201cSmart Factory\u201d simulation game is going on a roadshow: first to southern Germany, then to the Ruhr region. We are particularly pleased about the many requests from universities across Germany, and together with Bert Miecznik, founder of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.qreativraum.de\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Qreativraum<\/a> and innovation manager at Wittenstein, among others, we will run our game and parts of the Akteure 4.0 program with students at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mosbach.dhbw.de\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">DHBW Mosbach<\/a> next week.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re interested too, get in touch.
