On August 25, 2014 Bayer\u2019s Grants4Apps Accelerator<\/a> officially opened its doors, presenting their five startups in residence to the public<\/a>. More than 300 guests had the chance to getting to know the programme, the startups and their products and services, mentors, as well as other members of the startup and healthcare scene.<\/p>\n

Schaltzeit had the chance to organise the event with and for Bayer, which included coaching the startups, event management, and accompanying throughout the evening (and night) with moderation and taking care of the guests.<\/p>\n

It started with the fun part of defining the programme for the evening and the setup at the venue, and it ended with the fun part of chilling with the last guests in the early morning of the following day. From visitors\u2019 badges in the shape of pharmaceutical packaging, to posters and buttons \u2013 our graphics department could get very creative. Moderator Andr\u00e9 Winzer made sure to keep the audience in a good mood.
